I specialize in coaching women and women of color from the Classroom to the Boardroom in the areas of Career Enrichment, Leadership skills, increasing courage and confidence, removing blocks, overcoming the imposer syndrome, etc.

My goal is to help women of color advance in the workplace and in leadership. Similar to various ethnic and minority groups, Women of Color face barriers to advancement in the marketplace as evidenced by their underrepresented in leadership roles. Women of color often describe the challenges they face as trying to penetrate a concrete ceiling. Leveraging my expertise in human resources, talent management, leadership and diversity, I partner with women of color to provide them with the necessary insights, actions and steps so that they are able to make an impact within their organizations or within their careers.
