Beauty 4 Ashes is a Greensboro North Carolina based 501( c) (3) non-profit organization that focuses on transforming the lives of women through empowerment, economic independence, career transition and by changing the narrative around mental health. Our aim is to offer programs and solutions that will enable women and young ladies to be successful long –term in the workplace and in life. We work exclusively with women and teenage girls ( 15-19) through our mentoring and leadership programs.

We partner with agencies and organizations to provide disadvantaged women who are moving from welfare or other unfortunate situations to self-sufficiency .Additionally, we partner with high schools, colleges and universities to assist young ladies( ages 15-20) transitioning from the classroom and beyond to the boardroom. We accomplish this through our mentoring programs, leadership academy and community partnerships. Our clients must complete a comprehensive job training program or be enrolled in college, technical or high school.Beauty 4 Ashes will provide ongoing support to help clients build the necessary skills to obtain a successful career or transition into the workforce. All of Beauty 4 Ashes' efforts are geared towards enhancing our client's personal appearance, knowledge base, leadership skills, emotional intelligence and self-esteem as they journey towards establishing and pursuing their career and life’s goals.

Beauty 4 Ashes is dedicated to equipping and empowering our clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds by assisting them in achieving economic self-sufficiency and community empowerment through education, training, employment, job readiness skills, interviewing apparel, career counseling, image consulting, goal-setting, community involvement, self-esteem enhancement and so forth.
